GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY

By confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and payment
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment, according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
If payment is not received within the indicated timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled.

2. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Security deposit
A security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages.
The deposit will be refunded within a few days after departure, subject to inspection of the property.

4. Tourist tax
Where applicable, the tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid according to the instructions provided before or during the stay.

5. House rules
Guests are expected to respect the property, its furnishings, and shared spaces.
Parties or events are not allowed unless previously authorized.
Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours, especially during the evening and night.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

6. Number of guests
Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed to stay in the property.
Unregistered guests are not permitted unless previously agreed.

7. Liability
The host is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during the stay.

8. Damages
Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

9. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and modification policies are those specified at the time of booking.

10. Online check-in and documents
Before arrival, guests may be required to complete an online check-in by providing:
- a valid ID of the main guest
- details of all guests staying at the property
- acceptance of the terms and conditions
- signature of the short-term rental agreement
- payment of the tourist tax, if applicable
Failure to complete the online check-in may result in denied access to the property.
All requested data is required to comply with legal obligations and to properly manage the stay.
